Please note that AMREF is not a volunteer sending agency. We believe in African solutions for African problems and thus our programs are managed by talented and knowledgeable African experts, with support from our offices in Europe and North America. Although around 3% of our staff are expatriates, these staff members live in Africa. If you’re interested in living in Africa and joining the AMREF team, please visit the AMREF headquarters website.
