AMREF's Surgical Outreach in the New York Times

The New York Times recently featured AMREF’s groundbreaking surgical outreach program.

Catch up with journalist Denise Grady as she meets 18 year-old Sarah Jones and 17 year-old Mwanaidi Swalehe in Tanzania. Because of your generous donations these two young women have been given their lives back through our surgical outreach program.
